I play in fictional genres for this reason - it's where I find the most fertile soil to dig in to and cultivate.

words & worlds.
I’m a character-driven, emotional-arc driven writer that loves using the fantastical as a lens for the truth. I can do big and flashy, but I prefer pulling the meaning out of small moments and exploring character dynamics and relationships. I love to explore the things that make us human, sometimes the things that haunt us as humans, but most importantly the
things that connect us as humans.
I’ve joked that my goal as a writer is to make my audience cry and, well, that’s
not that far from the truth. I just want people to feel!
With an emphasis on queer stories, my favorite genres to work
in are fantasy, sci-fi, and horror.

Gettysburg College Holiday Video
Every year, Gettysburg creates a holiday video to celebrate the community and wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. In 2024, I wrote and created a stop motion animation that featured recognizable locations and scenes from around campus to serve as a cozy holiday video.

Consequential Life
I wrote, produced, and filmed this brand video. It premiered in conjunction with the launch of the new brand and distinction work, The Gettysburg Approach, and has been used in multiple email campaigns, digital ad campaigns, during live events as a keynote video, and is the highest viewed video of all time on the Gettysburg College YouTube channel.
